Cancellation Policy
By booking a service with SSRacketServices, you agree to the following terms: Booking Confirmation: - All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon successful completion of the online booking process. Payments: - Payments, where applicable, must be completed online at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Cancellations or Rescheduling must be made at least 1 hours prior to the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds. Punctuality & Racket Handover: - Customers must arrive on time and hand over their racket to the Pro Stringer at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund. String Durability Disclaimer: - Due to the nature of the sport, string durability cannot be guaranteed. Service Availability: - SSRacketServices reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to operational or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, rescheduling or refunds will be provided as applicable. Acceptance of Terms: - Completion of a booking constitutes acceptance of this policy.
